Located on the near Northwest side of Chicago, the new garden for this historic
home balances our client’s desire for an open, park-like atmosphere and
their need for privacy and seclusion from the ‘visual noise’ of the
busy surrounding neighborhood. Our client entertains often in their new outdoor
room complete with a curved pergola and reclaimed, antique paver patio. Evergreens
and shade trees screen the less than desirable surroundings up above and a variety
of flowering shrubs and perennials throughout the garden provide ever-changing
seasonal interest.
